Entering the In-house Recruitment Awards

Relevant entry forms will then be sent out no sooner than 1st June 2017.
 [/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”When are the deadlines? ” icon=”plus” icon_closed=”plus” style=”default” color=”Default” size=”md”]The deadline for submitting completed entry forms and supporting evidence need to be sent back electronically by 31st July 2017.
 [/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Does it cost anything to enter the awards? ” icon=”plus” icon_closed=”plus” style=”default” color=”Default” size=”md”]No, the awards are totally free to enter![/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Is there a limit on how many categories we can enter? ” icon=”plus” icon_closed=”plus” style=”default” color=”Default” size=”md”]There is no limit on the amount of categories you can enter. However, we do recommend that you don’t enter too many which will result in any categories not being given the attention they deserve.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What are the categories this year?” icon=”plus” icon_closed=”plus” style=”default” color=”Default” size=”md”]We’re still carefully selecting the categories for this year’s awards, but we will let you know what these are in April 2017.[/vc_toggle]

Entry Form Content

[vc_toggle title=”Is there a word limit? ” icon=”plus” style=”default” color=”Default” size=”md”]No, we don’t believe there should be a word limit, but would suggest using not too much more than the space provided.
We would also encourage you to be as concise and succinct as possible. Ensure you read the question and understand what the judges will be looking for!
 [/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Do we have to fill in the form or can we use a different software? ” icon=”plus” style=”default” color=”Default” size=”md”]All information has to be included on the entry form, but if you wanted to send an additional document in the format of your choice this will be accepted as supporting evidence.
 [/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What about supporting material? Is there a limit to what we can send? ” icon=”plus” style=”default” color=”Default” size=”md”] Feel free to send as much relevant supporting evidence as you wish. This can be anything from testimonials, screenshots, documents etc.
[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Do we have to send over the entry form and supporting evidence electronically? ” icon=”plus” icon_closed=”plus” style=”default” color=”Default” size=”md”]Although it is highly preferable to receive everything electronically, you are welcome to send items that can not be sent electronically, in the post. Who are the judges?” icon=”plus” style=”default” color=”Default” size=”md”]All entries will be going through an initial shortlisting process by our carefully selected judges who will look through the category entries and decide who makes the shortlist.
Once this has been done, and the shortlists have been announced, all judges will be brought together and assigned certain categories to look through more in-depth. There will be a minimum of two judges per category and for any conflicting decisions additional judges will look over the categories and ultimately decide the winner.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”When will the Finalists be announced? ” icon=”plus” icon_closed=”plus” style=”default” color=”Default” size=”md”]Finalists will be announced circa week commencing 14th August 2017. Whether or not you have been successful in being shortlisted, you will be notified by email.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”When do we find out who the winners are?” icon=”plus” icon_closed=”plus” style=”default” color=”Default” size=”md”]All winners will be announced at the Awards Gala at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, London on 22nd November 2017.[/vc_toggle]

The Awards Evening

[vc_toggle title=”When is it?” icon=”plus” icon_closed=”plus” style=”default” color=”Default” size=”md”]The Awards Gala will be taking place on Wednesday 22nd November 2017.
 [/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Where is it?” icon=”plus” icon_closed=”plus” style=”default” color=”Default” size=”md”]The Awards Gala is taking place at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London, SE1 7UT
 [/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What are the timings for the awards evening?” icon=”plus” style=”default” color=”Default” size=”md”]The evening starts at 18:00 with a champagne reception and goes through until 01:00 the following morning.
Full timings are as follows;
19:05: Evening introduction
19:15: 3-course gourmet dinner with fine wine included
20:45: After-dinner entertainment
21:05: In-house Recruitment Awards presentation
22:00: Disco, networking and drinks
01:00: Carriages[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”As a Finalist looking to attend the awards evening is there a discount on the tickets?” icon=”plus” style=”default” color=”Default” size=”md”]Yes, as a Finalist you certainly get a discount, and this will vary dependent on how many tickets are bought. The more tickets, the greater the discount!
Ticket prices will be released later on in the year. [/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”If I’m not a finalist, can I still attend? ” icon=”plus” icon_closed=”plus” style=”default” color=”Default” size=”md”]Yes, you can still attend but numbers are very limited so you will need to contact Natasha or Will to reserve a place
