Terms and Conditions of Membership
1. Introduction
These Membership Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between IHR and the individuals or entities who enroll in the IHR membership program. By enrolling in or renewing IHR Membership, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Membership Eligibility
2.1. IHR Membership is open to anyone who works in an in-house people or talent acquisition team, at any level, in any company.
2.2. Individuals or entities engaged in agency recruitment or supplier services are expressly prohibited from obtaining membership.
2.3. We reserve the right to refuse Membership to any applicant, and to suspend or terminate the Membership of any existing Member, at our sole discretion.
3. Membership Benefits
3.1. IHR Members are entitled to various benefits, which may include discounts, access to exclusive content or events, and other privileges as outlined in the membership details at the time of enrollment.
3.2. We reserve the right to modify, replace, or discontinue any benefits associated with IHR Membership at any time without prior notice.
4. Membership Fees
4.1. Membership fees are payable at the time of enrollment and/or renewal. The amount of the Fees and the payment schedule will be specified in the membership details.
4.2. All Fees are non-refundable, except as provided under Section 5 (Membership Cancellation and Termination).
4.3. We may adjust the Fees from time to time. You will be notified of any fee changes before your Membership renewal date.
5. Membership Cancellation and Termination
5.1. You may cancel your IHR Membership at any time by providing written notice to us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current membership period, and no refund will be issued for any remaining period of Membership.
5.2. We reserve the right to terminate your IHR Membership immediately if you breach any of these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
6. Renewal
6.1. Membership will automatically renew at the end of each membership period unless you notify us of your intent not to renew at least 30 days before the renewal date.
6.2. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is up to date to facilitate automatic renewals. We will not be liable for any failure to renew IHR Membership due to outdated or incorrect payment information.
7. Member Obligations
7.1. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the IHR Membership.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available here.
8.2. By enrolling in the IHR Membership, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law, and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be effective upon posting on our website or otherwise notifying you. Your continued use of the IHR Membership after the amendments are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
