With over 13 years of expertise in diverse People & Talent roles across various sectors, my focus has mainly been on enhancing recruitment teams, employer brand, and recruitment strategies, fostering the development of high-performing talent teams. Currently spearheading NashSquared’s latest service line, Spinks on Site, I manage the end-to-end process—creating strategy for transformational change for high growth businesses, people and communication strategies, and L&D initiatives for my own team. I have been fortunate enough to share my recruitment knowledge by being a contributing write to several publications and a speaker at some of the biggest TA and Tech events in the UK. I have led award winning recruitment teams and projects and certified in change management, project management and employer branding.

Charlotte is a Senior Manager at AMS, working predominantly within the financial services sector with most of her experience being partnering with Barclays Bank. Charlotte has a varied background within Talent Acquisition, across recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, talent community management, project management and recruitment operations. More recently she runs the has focussed on continuous improvement and constantly innovating and implementing different recruitment technologies, but you’ll most likely find her with her other hat on – speaking passionately about Diversity Equity and Inclusion to anyone that will listen!

Penny is the Talent Acquisition Director working for the past 5 years with Gleeds, Global Property and Construction Consultancy. Previous to this, Penny has worked in numerous sectors to include retail, outsourced providers and financial services, as well as having experience working within recruitment agencies. A fixer at heart, Penny has many years’ experience delivering global projects to include system implementation, process efficiencies, agency spend reduction, building teams to deliver strategic growth ambitions via volume and niche hiring methodologies.

Daen has a people first approach where he’s led on transformation projects within Recruitment Technology, D&I, Employer Branding. Daen has recruited for in some of the toughest sections for many market leaders in the world of Insurance, retail, construction, healthcare, and leisure. There is no such thing as ‘we’ve tried everything’. There’s always a solution to any challenge. He is looking forward to seeing how the suppliers of the industry will help TA teams face into the increasing challenges we face in the market.

Emi Beredugo is a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader with over 18 years experience delivering on complex Talent Acquisition projects and programmes whilst leading day-to-day Talent Acquisition teams across various territories including the UK Middle East and Africa. Emi currently works as the Senior Manager, Recruiting Enablement at Elastic. Her focus is to lead a team of Recruiting Enablement professionals whose role it is to support the Recruiting Team in delivering recruiting operational excellence. With a focus on improved efficiency, improved experience and inclusive recruitment, she oversees several recruitment transformation pillars including: Recruiting Tools and Systems, Recruiting Data and Analytics, Recruitment Marketing, Recruiting Learning and Development, and Recruiting Division Onboarding.

Julie has worked in HR and more recently specialising in Talent Acquisition for over 25 years across a number of industries but predominantly Consumer and Healthcare. Currently managing the recruitment strategy and services for Envision Pharma Group managing a global team across 8 countries. Julie specialises in candidate and management experience and is passionate about Talent Management. Having some previous judging experience she is massively looking forward to this year’s IHR supplier awards!

Claire currently leads employer brand and attraction for Sainsbury’s, one of the biggest retailers in the UK. In addition, she has co-founded The EB Space, a global community for employer branders. When Claire isn’t doing employer brand work, she can be found doodling somewhere, as she has a side hustle as an artist. 2023 is her first time as a judge for IHR, and she can’t wait to get started!

As Group Talent Acquisition Manager at Operam Education Group, Leanne is leading the transformation programme for the business wide recruitment journey, ensuring employee and candidate experience is at the focus. The OEG investment strategy encompasses people, technology and business processes to improve efficiencies and further develop service delivery, of which Talent Acquisition is central to adopting an approach of continuous improvement. Experienced with both In-house and agency recruitment, Leanne’s industry experience extends across Education, Customer Experience, Sales & Marketing, Production and Distribution.

Jeremy is one of the Co-founders of the HR Technology Consulting business, Udder, focussing on key partnerships with solution providers and bringing tech market knowledge to the work Udder does with HR Teams. He previously worked in TA/HR and HR product for c20 years, across a range of industries and company sizes. He also hosts the Technology Showcase Stage at the various IHR Live events around the UK. His fading hair-line is due to being a Spurs supporter!
